Refund Policy

Return Eligibility Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Reason for Return: Returns are accepted only if you do not like the fragrance.
2. Return Request Timeline: A return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Usage Limit: The perfume used must be less than 5ML from the bottle.

Mandatory Requirements for Return Approval

To process a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear video recording of the product packaging for return.
2. Packaging Standards (SOPs):
   • There should be no extra space between the product and the box.
   • The product must be wrapped in bubble wrap.
   • The fragile sticker or shipment bill on the parcel must be intact and not damaged.

Return Pickup Process

• Our delivery rider will contact you and come to your location for the return pickup.
• At the time of handing over the parcel, you must record a video showing the condition of the product and the handover process.

Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Whatsapp Message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
